Sunsynk Fault Codes

Hi after 8 months of no problems the system has stopped charging the batteries and has logged the following errors F56 DC_voltslow_Fault and F37 DCLLC_Soft_Over_Cur. This has occurred during the cold spell and the batteries are sitting at -3°c and 9% state of charge. The temperature may have dropped lower than this Efforts to clear the fault has failed

System 5kw inverter with 3 Sunsynk SSLB-1 in parallel .

Any suggestions to clear this please
