Not happy
I am disillusioned by the sunsync system. This installation was done July 2024, it is now April 2025, I have saved a grand total of 6%. My solar fully charges the battery by 11am, the whole day my flow chart shows I use very little Grid power, I use the batter till about midnight, by the morning my battery is at 30% to 40%, my discharge is set at 30%. I use very little grid power, but my account has gone up. It will take 15 years to break even on my investment. A waste of money

Ive found that my client that dont save more than 60% is using a boiler/geyser between 1h00 and 6h00 which is his greatest usage.
All other clients save above 60%, some only pay the 20w usage required to prevent feedback.
I believe its your settings. Get your installer to change it to suit your usage.
Start by activating your timer settings at 30-40%. Modify it then as required.
