F56 - DC_voltlow_fault every morning
SunSynk 3.6kw inverter
SunSynk 5.1kwh battery
SW Ver.：M 2.3.8.3 / S 1.5.1.5 / C E.4.2.9
For the last 2 days I've woken up to the same scenario.
Just as the sun comes up and the inverter tries to wake up from deep sleep (low power mode) my battery appears to drop below it's min SOC of 15% and the RCD trips in the breaker box. It will only come back to life when I reset the RCD switch, at which point it all starts working again.
Anyone got any ideas? I think a couple of other people have been having a similar issue. I've raised it with my installer but I can't see them being able to do anything abut it.
There are also strange draws from the battery just before the sun comes up

I just rang the Sunsynk UK support line and reported this issue. Spoke to someone called Paula and she asked me for some info and to send it all over via email so the factory can look into it. I suggest any one else having this issue does the same so they have more evidence of the problem
