Password reset problem
Hi, new member here. Asking for a technophobic neighbour...they forgot the password to their phone Sunsulk app login. Tried many times to change password and tried 'sign up' but still can't get a new reset password. They were prompted to input 'the last 2 passwords' but can't remember them. So, they can't observe the app information regarding their system. They are struggling to understand the screen info on their Sunsulk 8kw inverter, much preferring to use the app.
The installer has not been useful and now out of business.
Any pointers would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Great advice, received Sunsynk support email last night with password reset. Neighbour is going through the system reset today. Support also asked for serial number of inverter so neighbour will do that. 👍
