System Mode. Incorrect Operation
Hi,
see below, Timer 4 below should charge the battery to 45% from grid between 16:00 and 18:00 if below 45% capacity in these times.
Instead it went over on battery in this time.
What am I missing?

That’s exactly what the system is doing. It will charge from grid between 16:00 and 18:00 if the battery is below 45. Nowhere does it say that it will not use battery between 16:00 and 18:00. This is my setup. I charge from grid at 3pm if the battery is not not 96% and basically hold it at this level until 2am. I also charge from grid at 9pm in case there is an early evening loadshedding. Then again at 2am for the midnight loadshedding. I can then discharge at 5am which will carry me through to the morning when solar is available again.
