Panel Output when Battery full

I've noticed that on full sun days as the battery approaches 100%, if left to its own devices the panel output drops from 2+kw to around 1.2kw rather than exporting the lot to the grid

Now if you load the system with the immersion heater for a few minutes as if by magic the panel power is restored and output to grid.

When the battery is cold it mainly supplied the house load with little export.

How do I get it to behave like the middle picture without having to manipulate it?

Thanks in advance.

Well, after bit of messing around I got a Firmware update (thanks chaps) and having re-checked solar sell, as a result if behaves much better given full sun with a nice smooth panel output and no dropping off when the battery is full.

One of the screens now has a an additional check box after 'Zero Export', for 'AC Coupling'.

What does this do?

TIA
