Home load not available W04
I am using a 10kw 3-phase inverter with my original setup having the entire house on the backup load circuit. I have since installed an induction cooktop on the grid side of the inverter, however I do not get any power delivered to it from the inverter or solar (all comes from the grid).
I tried deselecting the limit to load function, at which point I get w04: Meter comms fail. I realised our installers have not connected the meter to the inverter. The solar export has been working fine and limiting as expected so it appears the CT coils are working fine.
I deselected the external meter CT and tried deselecting the limit to load function again. This time it appears to work, but the export and AC load numbers are ridiculously high (around 20kw combined).
Any ideas on what could be going wrong here?
You need to disable the meter if you don't have one and use CT's instead (you can't use both, it's either the meter or CTs). Everything else is just configuration.
Take photos of all settings pages on the inverter and post them here.
You also might have the CT's installed the wrong way round.
