As an owner I've been advised that I shouldn't make changes to settings?
So, my battery continues to do this weird thing where it 'cycles' throughout the night charging/discharging between 21% & 24%. Another post on here hasn't flagged anything from any other users.
I just phoned the Sunsynk landline number and was advised that any Tech Queries should come from my installer as I shouldn't be changing settings? The Engineers will only speak to qualified installers apparently?
I have left my Gateway SN and have been advised that they will try to get an Engineer to look at my set up.
My question is - does this seem normal as I can't think that it is.
If my settings are correct and the system isn't doing what its supposed to be doing then I'd have thought I have every right to phone direct? This all came about after Low Power Mode was activated after my direct contact with Sunsynk.


I've not been able to get a straight answer as to why grid needs to be unticked. Yes they say it in the video but it makes no difference if it is or isn't ticked. The only thing is, if you untick grid charge on the battery screen you can never charge your battery from the grid using the timer.
I have tried with it both unticked and ticked and low power mode kicks in either way so I think Keith misspoke during the "instructional" video.
