CT reading shows zero when grid feed disconnected but grid not off
The other day I wanted to test my generator with the inverter, connected via AUX , so I disconnected the grid feed to the inverter, the grid was on and the house was still using grid power. I noticed that the CT reading on the inverter's flow chart display showed as zero even though the house was still using grid power for the non-essintial load. The image below is taken at the time I had grid feed to the inverter switched off and the generator running, you can see the grid feed watts and house watts (non-essential load) both showing as zero. The CT values work normally when the gridd feed to the inverter is switched on.

Personally I think this is an error in funtionality, looks to assume that if the grid feed is off then there cannot be current passing the CT... Anyone else seen this??? I'm running a 5K1P COMM: E426 MCU: 3382-1515

Thanks for confirming that. I seems feasible that the CT should still be reporting power consumption. However I do think that as the Grid is disconnected from the inverter the inverter is considered as being disconnected/isolated from the Grid, so it will not show any power details on the "Grid" side of the inverter which means the CT will show zero even though there is still power being consumed by the Home Load.
It would be useful if the CT would report power consumed by the Home load.
