I have a 3.6kw inverter with 4x5.12kw batteries, what are the settings that allow the batteries to discharge to 20%, they only seem to discharge to 25%... thanks...

You need to change the setting on the Battery Settings, Low battery warning to 20%
Check out this form post which also provides some settings that might help you configure you system.
Note: it is not exactly the same as your requirements, but it will give you some ideas.
