Aux output on parallel system - 2 x 5kW

I have two 5kW inverters in parallel with 11.7kWp PV on the roof and a 30kWh battery. Commissioned January 2022. Works great!
I recently connected the Solar assistant on my system and noticed just how high the inverter temperatures climb under decent load. I then decided to install two additional ventilation fans to assist with airflow over the inverter heat sinks. I had the two fans on an external power source but decided that why not connect to the Aux output on the inverter instead. First off, I took power from my master inverter and ran the power to both the 40W fans. It worked well. I then decided why not let each inverter feed it's own fan - to balance the load evenly. There was nothing connected to my Aux output before.
When sending the start command based on battery level and PV input power, the master inverter responds and switches the Aux feed on. The Slave inverter does nothing. The Aux outputs are not connected in parallel.
Can Sunsynk support personnel please comment since the user manual does not contain sufficient information on this topic - especially for parallel connected inverters.
