battery and inverter show different %

Inverter shows SOC 80% and battery only shows 2 lights.

reset the system and showed battery was o% but battery showed 2 lights.

battery is now fully charged and inverter shows 32%.

Dont know what to do to get them to sync

Sunsync 5kw and greenrich 5kw battery
