3.6kW Hybrid Inverter - random charging

My inverter is set up to stop discharging at 12%, but yesterday it go to 15% and started charging the batteries instead of the house using grid power, no setting have been changed, one image show the random charging the other for earlier in the month shows the bat at 12% and the power been used from the grid, I have one entry in the grid charge to charge the bat overnight on the cheep rate.

Anyone had a smiler issue or can explain why it was charging the bat when not set to do so?

If you look at the batteries, are the lights in sync? The behaviour suggests that a battery is asking for a force charge, probably because a cell or battery is out of balance. You could try grid charging & hold at 100% for 2 hours until they stop taking current to get balanced.
