Timer mode firmware/app bug/glitch?
-- Preamble I had the 5.5kw inverter and 10kw sunsynk batteries installed yesterday, while waiting for my certs to come so i can export to grid, i dont want to import any from grid either. I chose to switch off the "Use Timer" function in the app. above that work mode is set to Zero-Export, which was set by the installer yesterday telling me "it wont sell to the grid if thats selected" -- The Problem All day the system was pulling from the grid at 100-200w. it was using more grid for my load than from my solar/battery. this evening with no solar it jumped to 500+ from the grid! and 60 from a battery which had a nice 80% charge. -- The quirk I manually reverted any settings changes and the timer toggle was selected again (but no times selected). I left it a while and grid use went down to 0! after 5 mins I switched off timer and observed the grid use fly back up. Ive taken screenshots of me flipping timer on/off at 5 min intervals and you can see how battery usage drops and grid use takes over and vice versa when i switch it. -- Questions is this a fault in the app/firmware? is timer mode affecting things even when no times are selected?
why if timer is off does it pull from the grid for load?
could this have affected how much charge the battery gained in the day? i dont want to use timed modes until im on Agile and have half hour timings, how do i make sure im not importing most of my load from the grid?

Mine also takes from the grid if I have ticked Solar Export (as well as Zero Export - all a bit illogically named I think). If I un tick that, it stops.
