Installation faults and not meeting min spec prescrbed
After disagreements wih my instalker couple faults discovered, plus now dongle unuseable with my app, reg. In insalkers mail and password and it appeRs invertr also never registered? Next steps for me as the user? Thanks. Pretoria, South Africa

You can register the dongle yourself after the faults are sorted out. The one thing you'll need to get is someone to do the warranty registration for you, so you're covered if anything goes wrong down the line.
