Region 2 Sign in problem
Hi all. Recently I cant log into my region 2 sunsync connect platform.
All my details remain unchanged as I've been using since registering on region 2, but the app keeps telling me my login details are incorrect.
Has anyone else had this problem?
How can I resolve it?

In the recent notification sent to all users there is reference that all user ID will need to be lowercase
It could be affect your logon even though you are already a Region 2 user - try it.
Note, if your username (email address) previously had a capital letter included, this will now be changed to lowercase when moved to Region 2.
