BMS issue?
Having had numerous installation issues, another engineer visit last week seems to have my system working. However looking at the Li BMS menu I am showing all zeros?.
Also I have two SSLB1 lithium batteries which should give me 10kw storage. On the app display it shows 81% charge as 497w is this one battery, the state of charge or available power? Is any of this due to the BMS communication issue?

Have you confirmed Comms (INV <-> BATT) is working with just a single battery first? I would assume (but not 100% sure) if it is the same PINOUT for BATT to BATT comms when in Master Slave... But I can confirm the PINOUT works for a single CATL batt to inverter - so would give that a go...
