what i think this forum needs and im sure sunsynk could make it very easily is a little tool or calculator, a system builder of sorts to help people who are researching systems or the systems capability. This is for the customers who maybe arent so familiar with the maths involved in amps / watts etc
You could for example select and inverter model, the battery pack size and amount and what you want to run from it and itll tell you if its possible and for how long ( as a rule of thumb type calculation ) Obviously each inverter has different outputs, charge rates etc. The sunsynk batteries also have there own maximum charge, discharge rates. I think that would help so many people on the forum answer there own questions of " i need to power my oven from x inverter using y battery, is it possible "
They aren’t that bad, but you need to try every source of contact - this forum, the WhatsApp number, or ring the UK number and eventually you will get a response. It’s a great platform and worth getting but agree support could be better
