Sunsynk App

Some of us might still be tolerating the short comings of the App ie not always working and slow to respond to changes such as the power flow screen!

But have found that when the power flow screen shows data if I click on 'Detail' it does show the relevant info on that screen (See attached) then on switching back there is nothing to report again.

Luckily I have the Myenergy app for my EV and my Immersions and this always seems to be working almost instantaneously unfortunately it does show the power from my solar array to the Sunsynk Batteries ..... Maybe I need to get the Myenergi Batteries (Libby) in the future 🤔 😬

Could you please provide additional information about the issue you're experiencing? Specifically, I'd like to know:


- Your phone's make and model

- The version of the Sunsynk Connect app you're using

- A screen recording of the issue, if possible

Also, for quicker support in the future, I recommend submitting a support ticket directly. I don’t personally monitor the forums, so reporting issues this way will help avoid delays in response time.
