Swapping over to Sunsynk
Hi All, I am new to Sunsynk and hopefully the community can point me in the right direction.
I have had a system inplace which is 30 panels, in three sets of 10. two 8kw invertors and 7 pylon 5000 batteries.
the invertors we had became unreliable and had to swap them out, this is where i would like some guidance please - we cant find an installer near us to setup the invertors to have the correct configuration. They are physically installed, all wired up etc, at the minute anytime we apply load the system shuts down and trips the RCD. the old invertors didnt do this. so can only assume we have some config not correctly set.

If you can, go somewhere else, sunsynk's support is non existent. After using sunsynk for a year i will definitely buy something else when sunsynk fails (probably victron).
