5kw inverter / 10kwh battery ignoring settings, charging from grid when below 24%
could the inverter be overriding the app for some reason?
my settings from app: battery low 10
restart 15
grid charge off
grid charge start 10%
is there something I am missing?

What is the current SOC setting?
Do you still maintain the battery low 10% and restart 15% settings? What do you now put in your shutdown?
