Data Logger - Cloud Connection
Hi,
My data logger has been showing my system as offline since January 18th 2023, I raised a ticket with support on the Friday 20th when the system still wasn't showing as online.
I have no red light on the data logger showing connection, but I do have the green light showing Wifi signal, I can see it on my Wifi in the router and when I try to connect to the data logger, it very slowly loads the setting page on 10.10.10.1 and shows the Wifi is connected but the cloud connection is stuck at Initialising.
Essentially I get no data in the Android app or from the webportal as the cloud connection is not working.

Are others also experiencing this?
I am based in the UK, if that makes any difference.
Any potential solutions?

How can I raise a functionality request for the SunSynk Data Logger App?
It would be nice:
1. to be able to have ability to do direct local LAN (wifi) connection to my inverters for situations when there is internet connectivity issue.
I know for Sonoff devices on EweLink android app this functionality is provided.
2. to be able to get more real-time update frequency on inverter status information. The present +- 5 minute refresh rate is really frustrating.
