AC Load incorrectly showing as zero
I have a Sunsynk 3.6KW inverter and 5.12 kWh battery system. On Inverter System Mode - System 2 screen, when I tick 'Zero Export' and 'Priority Load' boxes my PV output drops to nothing and the 'AC Load' shows as zero (which is incorrect because my smart meter tells me I'm using 460 W). Also Also on System Mode - System 1 screen I have 'Use Timer' box ticked and all SOC/v boxes set to 25% - no 'Grid' or 'GEN' boxes ticked. Battery is 100% charged but is not discharging at all even at night when there's no solar power. I suspect this might be because the system thinks there's no 'AC Load'. Can anyone shed any light on this?

Thanks. My house has two consumer units (additional one for an extension). The CT coil is fitted inside the box that splits the tails coming from the electricity meter. Could there be any issue with the location of the CT coil?
