Import reading accuracy?

I've just received my first electricity bill post-installation. I'm wondering how accurate the readings are on the Sunsynk app - my supplier has billed me for 63kwh, but the Sunsynk app reports import of 27kwh over the same period.

I have found that Smart meter gives more authoritative readings as it is a feed through device. The SunSynk current monitor is in main is via a CT loop, and therefore less accurate. I tend to treat the readings that the inverter reports as approximate.
As you say some smart meters have been causing problems and needed to be swapped out because of interference such as Landis and Gut E470, but I think these are in the minority
