Only getting 120v off inverter when batteries connected
Hi, my contactor installed the 8KW Inverter a couple of weeks ago for Solar and all is fine. Batteries arrived last week and installed but only providing 120volts
I have essential and non essential Consumer units
Any ideas why this might be happening?

Apparently it was due to the Neutral Earth Bond not being utilized
