Freezer on 8kW Sunsynk
Hi, We have been running an 8kW Sunsynk inverter with two Hubble AM-5s for the past month. The system is generally working well. However, we notice that, when the system is running only on batteries (i.e., no grid available), our two freezers give us a warning signal of low voltage and repeatedly switch on and off. This is strange as the load power is 231V and we don't have any issue with any other devices. When the grid returns, the freezers have no such issue or warning signal. Is there perhaps a setting that could be driving this behaviour?

Thanks for the suggestion. My Sunsynk registered installer does not seem to have installed one which is probably the cause.
