How long do firmware updates normally take ? Most of the times ive ever messaged sunsynk ive never received a response from any of the contract methods. Im assuming my firmware request has gone through but as i never get a response i do have my doubts. That being said Joel on the IT side of things gave excellent support on another issue so its not all bad
