Logger Not Recording Consumption at Night
I am having issues with my batteries and 8KW Sunsynk inverter, if I try connect batteries to inverter they go into an alarm state, they are currently disconnected and I see that the logger is only recording data when the PV panels are producing not at night, is this normal?

If you are having issues getting your Sunsynk batteries working with the inverter, you can find all information to do with our batteries on https://www.sunsynk.org/manuals . Alternatively, if you have reviewd the manual and it still isnt working, please feel free to call +44 1518324300 and we will get you the technical help needed.
Regarding the logger, we have no access or control over the Solarman data-logger and portal. If you are experiencing issues with data not being gathered and logged correctly, you would need to speak with Solarman directly.
