Accessing Data Logger Network

My Broadband supplier (BT) is upgrading the network and replacing my router. This will have a different SSID/password to the current one which has my solar system connected to it. To change the solar connection to the new router details I have to connect to the existing network (EAP number) and access its IP address to change the details from my old broadband connection to the new one (Data Logger manual instructions).

My problem is, I can identify the data logger network (it appears in a previously used list) but when I try to log in to it returns a message saying “Network not found”. Clearly the network connect does exist between the solar system and my broadband as it supplies me with daily data both on the website and on the app. Can anyone advise on this issue,

I am going to try a wired LAN dongle. I never like relying on WiFi !
