Max batteries per inverter ...
hi, I looking to establish the maximum number of batteries an inverter can use .... ????
the environment is , Cape Town, SA ... 3-Phase Sunsynk 12KW , with 2 Hubble AM-2 51V batteries at present ...
our problems are , not supporting the office in the 4hour 'blackouts'-loadshitting .... no possibility of adding solar ....
the inverter has a 240amp output to batteries, thumb-suck at 25amp charge per battery this gives me 9.6 batteries .... not good in my book ....
i'm looking for the sensible/safe number, my feel is 5 ???
Any thoughts from you folk out there ???

hi Deon
answer 1, yes they do .... answer 2, depending on load , switch off is about 20 short of 4hours .... we are trying to manage load so with extreme reduction we can achieve the 4hours ... switch off set at 10% batt
