UK battery upgrade options
I have a 5.12Kwh Sunsynk battery attached to my solar system and looking to have approx 10Kwh extra batteries (2) added. The installer who we have chosen to go with is advising that it's not compatible with Sunsynk 5.32Kwh currently available. My existing battery was only installed 2 years this October. Is there anyway we can add two of the newer batteries to the existing or if there are stocks of the older batteries in the UK?

Thanks for info - I’ll let others comment as I don’t have info to match serial no to model. The key is to understand the BMS type which needs to be compatible.
