Technical Support

Hello all -

This coming week, I'm having an 8kw inverter plus batteries installed and it's going in the loft, which I think should be OK because I can control everything important through the app.

A thought did occur to me, though - is the app totally dependent on internet access, or is it able (as would now be considered best practice) to communicate with the inverter just over the LAN? I'm wondering whether I'd be able to use it in the event of a power loss, which would probably take out my internet connection too, or other loss of internet connectivity ?
