CT Coil reports 150W of draw
I have placed my CT coil in (at least what I think) is the appropriate place on the live wire (UK) - the first point from when it comes into the house and is split into the live and neutral wires and for the most part it is working great, however the smart meter is reporting a solid pull of around 150W at all times as does my octopus mini which gives a near real time read out of what is happening. The inverter is pulling energy from the battery etc so it working - I have set the inverter to not pull any additional power from the grid under the menu options so it's not that - the CT coil arrow is pointing in the direction of the inverter as opposed to the grid.
I just wondered if this was normal, is this the inverters required power draw which it is taking from the grid or is something wrong, it feels like it's quite a bit of energy and something is not quite set up right? I would note that the CT coil is not tight around the cable and there is a bit of play there.

It is conducted noise that is the biggest problem (if radiated noise is causing inaccuracies they are pretty minimal), people have either got their supplier to change meters or had filters fitted.
Octopus has OK article about the issue with tesla powerwall, but it's the same thing with sunsynk inverters.
