Sunsynk CHAT support AWOL
It's no use Sunsynk telling us all about a 24-hour live chat support when I have been unable to start a chat session for the last 3 days already on both the Android app and on the browser app.
Where is the person who is supposed to fill this post then?

I contacted them 2 days ago via online chat and got an instant response. Always had an immediate response to queries submitted by online chat.
