Dongle not connecting to new broadband router: amazon eero 6
I've had a new fibre broadband installed which came with an amazon Eero 6 router. This I configured with the previous wireless netwrok name & password. Tigo devices have connected along with major items with the exception of the Sunsynk Dongle, I've been through the setup fpr the dongle i.e. wireless device EAP-xxxx, pwd & 10.10.10.1 where the wireless network is listed under the SSid, however I do not sem to be able to delete & reload it, my thinknig being this would force a re-connect (after I re-enter the wifi pwd).
I've also used the eero app to switch off the 5GHZ leaving only the 2.4 ghz band; however I'm guessing that unless I can force the re-connection nothing will happen.
ideas welcome, or do I need a new dongle?
