Sunsynk Datalogger
My hybrid inverter was installed in August 2023. My datalogger all of a sudden stopped working (the lights do not come on). I contacted Sunsynk support and followed the steps to test. I also contacted the installer who advised that the logger needs to be tested before a warranty claim can be submitted. I am reaching out to obtain information on the following:
Is the datalogger under warranty and for what period:
Is there a problem with the dataloggers in general? If not, what can cause the unit to be faulty?
What is the process to replace (if under warranty);
My installer requested me to ship the unit to them to test, is this the correct process? They already sent me details of where I can find a replacement unti (strange behaviour).

Like you, my Datalogger stopped working. It's been not working for almost a year. They sent me a new logger which I fitted but that's not working either.
I contacted my solar panel installer, they wanted €180 just to come and look at it.
I'm going to wait until the whole system goes down and then get someone local out to sort it.
I don't think SunSynk is much cop if I'm honest.
