Inverter goes off for seconds and then comes on again
I have an 8Kw Sunsynk inverter with 2 x Hubble AM2 batteries. Communication works perfectly and the system as a whole works fine. The one (intermittent) problem that seems to keep recurring is that at the end of load shedding as the power returns, everything goes off for a few seconds and then turns on again. Unfortunately I am never near the inverter when it happens, so I can't see what happens on the screen of the inverter. I've checked on the app every time and there is no fault code & no "event" reported.
This has happened three times in the last 2 months and I'm wondering if buying a Sunsynk was a bad idea.
Has anyone got any suggestions?

I have a 5 KW that the output swirch off no fault code and had to switch off and on again to get the output back on again. Contacted tech supp, after 2 weeks still no answer. Have a friend with 8 kW sunsynk, output went off with fault code, can not get it to reset, had to send it in for repairs.
