we have just completed installation of 2 x 12KW Sunsynk Inverters (3 Phase). Each inverter is working well independently, but when we try the parallel config on both inverters we are getting an F29 error message.

We have followed the instructions for troubleshooting the problem as per : https://www.sunsynk.org/post/understanding-fault-codes

1. Switch off all inverters and reset them. Done

2. Check each inverter has the correct and same operating system. Done - OS is identical, but not sure if it is correct. (Software Version: 4790122526R)

3. Check the models are all the same. Done

4. Replace the communication cable with shorter cables if possible ensure that the middle inverter is the master and slaves or other inverters radiate from the centre inverter, this keeps the communication cable as short as possible. Done

5. Check the port limiting resistors are set correctly. Done (tried switching them ON/OFF)

6. Check all your batteries are on the same bus bar. Done

I have read somewhere that the Inverters may require a firmware upgrade, how do we go about this?
