Help with settings to not use grid

I have two 8kw systems and 36 panels with 8 batteries tied to grid - my system should be able to operate without using the the grid at all. I have set the timer settings to discharge above 25% throughout the day except between 14:00 and 16:30 - during this time it is set to 100% so that I can end the sunlight time of the day with a fully charge battery bank. The grid is set not to charge the batteries at all. Solar is set to prioritise load.
The issue I am having is that in the middle of the day - lets say at around 11:00-12:00 the sun is shining there is plenty of solar available, batteries are at 60% but the system pulls from the grid - see picture below.
Is there a setting that I am missing?

Just an update on this issue - it seems that it is the slave inverter that continues to use grid - the master just has a trickle of 30W to prevent push back into the grid as I have a prepaid meter.
