Inverter not outputting to load
New solar system and inverter installed yesterday, everything is working apart from the load output. It seems that our battery and solar power isn't being used to power our house at all. Changing the solar input to prioritise load doesn't change this.
Is a setting wrong somewhere? or has it not been installed correctly?

What’s the battery temperature reported by the BMS? Mine reports at least three degrees lower than the ambient temperature. Mine got to +1 degree yesterday and still wasn’t charging, either from mains or solar. IMO it’s a design failure for units that have been promoted and marketed for installation in the uk.
