AUX LOAD KICKING OFF

I'm hoping that someone can assist me or help me solve my aux load problem.

I have 3 x 12kva Single phase inverters installed. Each inverter runs its own phase RED, BLUE and WHITE. It is connected to a 20kwh HUBBLE battery which is fed by a 13000w PV array. It is grid tied so grid power is available when needed.

The units are set up so that all 3 inverters enjoy power from the battery. My house's inverter is connected to the RED phase and set up to the priority output on the inverter supplying my house from BATT. The second (BLUE) and third (WHITE) inverter are set up to supply the AUX port each feeding in turn each their own small cottages.

My house enjoys full access to the battery on the priority load while the BLUE and WHITE inverters feeding their cottages only enjoy the battery until 60% SOC which when it switches over to grid power if available. When grid power is not available due to loadshedding in South Africa the system works 100%. The problem comes in when grid power is available and the battery SOC gets to 60%. The AUX loads does kick off but sometimes it cuts the power to the cottages completely and only after roughly 2min or so it kicks back on from grid power. Sometimes this happens and sometimes not. It is also not an overload problem. I have checked.

Is there someone that can help me to start doing fault finding. Ill be very grateful.

Can you share the System setting of each of the inverters ? - the LCD screens are better than the App screens - more compact.

Can you also provide the Aux Load screens?
