I recently had this Ecco 3.6k UK inverter installed. It seemed to have old firmware, so I raised a ticket asking Sunsynk support to update it for me, which they did remarkably quickly (top marks!). I wanted the low power mode as in the UK in winter, there doesn't seem much point in the inverter running at all overnight once the battery has discharged. I don't charge from the grid.

I now have a new checkbox for Fast_Zero_Export_Mode. Can anyone tell me what this does in checked and unchecked mode? I don't export yet but hope to once My DNO approval is through.

However, I also don't see the expected "Low Power Mode<Low Batt" as seen below in Keith's YouTube Low Power Mode Clip here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G2Ut1TYwyiU&t=99s

Neither does my inverter seem to go into low power mode when the battery does discharge below Low Batt settings.

My Current Firmware is: COMM:E436 – MCU 2385-1515
