So is the new "Live customer support" working yet or not?
Tried to use that to log a new funky issue but it seems to be comatose and just eats the message I post as if it never existed at all.
Let me try here:
Since the 10th of October, I find that my logged data has about an hour's worth of data missing just after the start of the new day at 00:00. Any idea what is going on there?

Live is hardly live, I logged a call with "Live" and was told to send an email a good few hours after me logging the call 🤡
