F22Tz Emergency Stop Error
Good day please assist.
One of my 8KW units stopped working yesterday and despite numerous software updates and resets it is still showing this F22 error code.
I was told it would be referred to a Technical person but surely there should be a quicker response and standard troubleshooting guide available to installers and clients.

48 Hours after reporting the issue to the installer and Sunsynk and there is zero communication.
Units are under 4 months old so I am understandably 0not impressed with quality of equipment and service levels.
