Timed charging not working

Recent software changes appear to have stopped Timed charging working as before. Only Timer 1 is ticked as active starting at 00:00 ending at 00:30 for 100% SOC. After 00:30 it maintained the battery charge at 75% not taking any load out of the battery. Other non active Timed periods after 00:30 had a level of 75% SOC but these logically should be being ignored as not active, that does not appear to be the case now. Has there been a software update that has messed this up. I had to change the SOC settings to 20% for all the non active periods to get it to start taking the load out of the batteries. Their support pointed me to https://sunsynk.freshdesk.com/a/solutions/articles/103000244987 which is the most poppycock I have read in a long time, and suggests among other things not using 00:00 for Timer 1 or later than 23:30 for Timer 6 settings that is a joke, their software needs some sorting out.

I believe that you are correct that it just stops the cloud service (Sunsynk App) from being able to make changes. You may be able to force the dongle to perform changes when communicating with it directly, but then most user would not be trying to do that.
