FREEDOM WON 10/8 LOST COMMS


We installed an 8kW inverter with a 10/8 Freedom Won battery. The system has been running perfectly for over a year. It recently lost comms with the battery. I have checked the data cable and all is in order. The firmware has been upgraded to the latest versio. Still no comms. Any sugestions?

Justs confirming that you also restarted the battery?

I know you said you check the comms cable. It might be worth trying a different cable.
