Random Sunsynk Battery charging . . . .
Hardware: Sunsynk Hybrid 8Kw Inverter + 2 x Sunsynk L-5.1 batteries
Previous FW: M 5.3.8.2 / S 1.5.1.5 / C.E.4.2.4
Current FW: M5.3.8.2 / S 1.5.1.5 / C E.4.2.6
Sunsynk recently upgraded the comms software on my unit, and I have since been having an issue with the batteries randomly charging despite the inverter settings. The inverter appears to be trying to prevent the battery being taken blow 30% (see circled spikes):

Batteries are set-up correctly AFAIK and set to discharge to 15%:

They are working on a times schedule to charge on night-time economy 7, then discharge as required through the day:

The night time charge up is happening as intended, and as is the discharge above 30%. However when the SOC drops below 30%, the inverter then draws a big power spike from the grid to charge back up to 30% despite the settings above.
Anyone have any ideas why this is happening, or seeing the same thing? Any idea how to sort it? All I can think is that the BMS system is somehow overriding the inverters internal settings? Unfortunately I didn't take a note of the BMS firmware to see if that had been changed during the update too - though I do note that the Li-Batt screen on the inverter itself has changed.

Thanks for that. I've trawled through all those, none of them seem to cover this issue. I am starting to wonder if this is just a faulty battery.
It was a sunny day yesterday and all three batteries were charged to 100% by 3:30pm from the solar, and still by 9pm the master battery had bottomed out to below the low Battery level of 15% and forced a charge from the grid, even when the other two batteries had over 30%.
I'm thinking either the battery is faulty or there is a fault in the BMS software.
