Apologies, Complete newbie here!

Trying to get my head around how this should all be set up. I have 5.5kw of pv panels and 2 x 5.15kwh batteries.

I believe that my inverter is set to provide pv generation to load with excess going to the batteries. On that basis this photo makes no sense to me? Although just an early morning amount of generation I’d expect that it would simply reduce the amount of grid needed to power my house?

My batteries have been set not to reduce below 25% by my installer. Reducing the charge below this causes issues.

When the battery gets to it's minimum SOC, the inverter will alternate between providing power to the load and charging the battery to maintain its state, sometimes it will split between the 2. The app/web only refreshes every 5 minutes or so, so it might look like it's constantly going to the battery but it isn't.
