2 x 5kWh parallel inverters shut down

Hello, I am looking for help and advice with a system I had installed about 8 months ago. We have two 5kWh inverters in parallel, connected to six 5kWh Sunsynk batteries, professionally installed to a high standard of workmanship. After some teething problems connected to our property, ( due to a bad earthing) the system is working like a dream and we are able to use off peak energy throughout the day. There is one issue that keeps popping up every now and again thought. When the system goes over 15kWh output ( due to our business we occasionally go over 20kWh for 5 --10 minutes ) the system stops working and has to be shit down and restarted. Is this a normal safety mechanism or can we adjust this power output to accommodate these higher fluctuations in output? If yes, how is this done? Any advice will be much appreciated. Daniel

When the system goes over 15kWh output

Doing what - only AC passthrough? or

Do you also expect the 6 batteries (only 15kW load sustained in total possible) to carry this load when no line/grid feed is available?

( due to our business we occasionally go over 20kWh for 5 --10 minutes )

How much EXACTLY is "going over" figure ................. this will surely determine the way forward.

Don't see how line voltage has anything to do with this - 240 is within the ratings of the inverter

Don't know which exact inverter model you have, but if it's the same as the one I have, you are not going to have joy with the goals you set for only 2 x 5kW inverters ........................ and also not with only 6 batteries
