SunSynk 50kw
Good day.
We need some guidance or advise please. Fort the last couple of months we have been marketing and selling the 50kw HV inverter. We had a good run and sold 3 units and ordered from our supplier. We had to refund 2 customers and will most probably refund our last sale soon due to below reasons. Any feedback or solutions will help a great deal.
-Still have not receive a training date for the Sunsynk 50kw inverter. Customer opted for other supplier due to waiting period. Sale lost
-Sunsynk 50kw only compatible with FreedomWon batteries. No stock available customer cancelled order last one will soon follow suite
Is there any other recommended or compatible batteries.
